Safety: We want each precious child to be safe and secure in their crib so we only sell products that meet all safety standards and regulations. We have to include the standard disclaimer that we are not liable for accidents or injuries sustained while in our cribs and accessories.
Shipping: We are set up to ship via UPS. If you prefer any other carrier, you must make arrangements with them. We ship UPS Ground anywhere in North America and we ship UPS Air to Hawaii. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Canada are subject to import duties, custom's fees and other taxes and these must be paid by the recipient. International shipments are handled on a case by case basis and details will be provided by email. Shipping usually takes 4-6 weeks for cribs and 2-4 weeks for accessories because we carefully custom hand paint each order. Shipping costs are based on size and weight and vary with each item.
Damages: We cover shipping damages. If any part of the order is damaged upon arrival, you must keep the original shipping carton and other packaging materials and notify us within 24 hours so that we can make an insurance claim. Without the original shipping and packaging materials, they will void the claim so be sure to hold on to it.
Payment Methods: We use a secure server site for your protection as well as ours. No one but Bed and Baby will ever see your credit card information which means maximum safety for you. We use a very basic shopping cart that simply holds your information for us to retrieve so that we can be sure we have all the correct information regarding your order before we run your card through our own merchant account. We no longer use PayPal because of the problems they've created for us and our customers.
Sales Tax: All orders within Tennessee are subject to the appropriate sales tax.
Cancelling an order: Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed for a full refund minus the credit card fee. We can not accept cancellations after that due to the custom nature of our products.
Returns: No returns on custom merchandise or cribs. We are a custom shop and everything we sell is custom made for the customer when we get the order, not pre-manufactured. So please be sure it's what you want when you order.
Warranty: Our cribs are covered for replacement parts for a period of one year from the date of sale. Crib parts that are damaged from improper use or circumstances beyond normal wear are not covered. Any missing pieces need to be reported to us within 14 days of receiving crib and will be replaced promptly. Please check the parts list upon opening the carton.
